General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the betdjb platform ("Platform") and its users ("you" or "member"). By accessing the betdjb.lat website or using any of its services, you automatically agree to these Terms.

1.1 Acceptance of Terms

Before using any betdjb service, you must read and understand these complete terms and conditions, our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guidelines. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

Account Registration and Eligibility

The following conditions must be met to open an account with betdjb:

2.1 Registration Requirements

  • You must provide accurate and complete personal information.
  • Each person may open only one account.
  • Opening multiple accounts from the same household or the same IP address is prohibited.

betdjb reserves the right to verify your identity at any time. A national identity card, passport or other valid document may be requested for verification. We reserve the right to suspend withdrawals until verification is complete.

2.3 Account Responsibility

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. You are responsible for all activities carried out from your account.

Age Restriction and Identity Verification

21+ Age Requirement: betdjb strictly provides services to those aged 21 or above only. Participation by minors is completely prohibited.

3.1 Age Verification Process

You must provide your date of birth accurately at the time of registration. betdjb may at any time request the following documents from you for age verification:

  • National Identity Card (NID)
  • Valid Passport
  • Driving License (where date of birth is stated)
  • Birth Registration Certificate

3.2 Consequences of False Information

If any member provides false age or identity information, betdjb reserves the right to immediately and permanently close their account and forfeit all earned rewards. No deposits will be refunded in such cases.

Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

betdjb offers the convenience of transactions through the most popular mobile banking methods in Bangladesh.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

  • bKash — Bangladesh's most widely used mobile banking
  • Nagad — Digital financial service of the postal department
  • Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile banking

4.2 Deposit Terms

  • Minimum deposit amount: ৳200
  • Deposited funds must come from an account registered in your own name only.
  • Deposits from third-party accounts are completely prohibited.
  • After a successful deposit, funds are generally added to the account instantly.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

  • Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800
  • Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.
  • Withdrawals can only be made to the same method and account used for the deposit.
  • Withdrawals may be held until identity verification is complete.
  • betdjb reserves the right to suspend withdrawals in cases of suspicious transactions.
Note: All active bonus wagering requirements on the account must be met before withdrawing. Otherwise, only the original deposit will be withdrawable, with bonus funds excluded.

Bonus and Promotion Policy

betdjb offers attractive bonuses and promotions for its members. However, all bonuses come with specific terms and conditions.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. Bonus examples:

  • Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → Total balance ৳2,000
  • Deposit ৳12,000 → ৳5,000 bonus → Total balance ৳17,000

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 20x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. This means you must wager 20 times the bonus amount before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

  • Each promotion must be used within the specified period.
  • Bonus funds cannot be converted to cash and are for gameplay use only.
  • The same promotion cannot be claimed more than once.
  • betdjb reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.
  • betdjb may cancel bonuses and earned rewards in cases of suspected bonus abuse.

5.4 VIP Program

The betdjb VIP program has four tiers, with weekly cashback benefits available at each tier:

  • Bronze — Up to 0.3% cashback per week
  • Silver — Up to 0.6% cashback per week
  • Gold — Up to 0.9% cashback per week
  • Platinum — Up to 1.2% cashback per week

By playing regularly, you can advance to higher VIP tiers and enjoy greater benefits.

Gaming Rules

The following rules apply at all times when playing on the betdjb platform:

6.1 Fair Play

6.2 Technical Issues

If the result of any game remains undetermined due to a technical error or malfunction, betdjb reserves the right to void the relevant bet and refund the stake. No additional compensation will be provided in such situations.

6.3 Game Provider Rules

6.4 Betting Limits

Each game and event has specific minimum and maximum betting limits. These limits are clearly displayed in the game interface. betdjb reserves the right to change betting limits without prior notice.

8.2 Money Laundering

Using the betdjb platform for money laundering or suspicious financial activities is completely prohibited. We fulfill our legal obligation to report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities.

8.3 Other Prohibited Actions

  • Opening multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
  • Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs.
  • Harassing or bullying other players.

Limitation of Liability

11.3 Balance After Closure

If an account is terminated due to a rule violation, earned bonuses and associated rewards may be forfeited. However, the matter of returning the principal deposit amount will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Changes to Terms

12.1 Right to Make Changes

12.2 Effective Date of Changes
